Podcast interview with Casper Wichmann, China expert: Who is next in Beijing's crackdown on the corporate sector?
In this podcast [30 min], Insightview has talked to Casper Wichmann, a sinologist with an MA degree in China studies from the University of Copenhagen. ‌We discuss what is behind Beijing's campaign against domestic tech companies, which has spread from Alibaba to all tech companies - and subsequently to educational companies. Suddenly, China is seen in a different light by investors, namely as a high-risk country. Insightview asks China expert Casper Wichmann whether China should now be seen in a different light?

‌Casper Wichmann specialises in Chinese digital platforms, technology and innovation and gives frequent lectures on the subject. Casper works as coordinator and daily manager of the Danish think tank on China, ThinkChina, within the University of Copenhagen. Casper is also a frequent guest in Danish media talking about various topics related to China.
