‌The world order was changing rapidly before the coronavirus outbreak. The virus outbreak appears to have further complicated the global security situation. At first glance, China seems, in relative comparison, to have escaped the corona crisis "better" than many other countries, although this is a truth with significant modifications. That said, Beijing seems to lose the blame game.
